Where is my order?
You can track your order status by clicking Order Status in the top menu.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We usually ship orders within 24-48 business hours.  
Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

I ordered more than one item, will my entire order be delivered together?
It's possible, however we use few fulfillment centers so items in your order might be delivered separately. We will send you tracking numbers for all packages you should expect.

How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders get delivered in 5-10 business days. International orders may take up to 21 business days to be delivered.

I put wrong name/shipping address/email address! Who should I do?
If this happens contact us as soon as possible, we might be able to fix it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and shipped out within 24 business hours.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed by us.
